Great value for sure! I got the rate of 88 pounds per night per room. The hotel is very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was basic but you 'll be full (its a buffet, all the food was refilled constantly. as a budget student traveller, I ate myself very full so that I could skip lunch) Location is a bit away from the heart of London but as it's still in zone 2 (North Acton is in both zones 2&3 to be exact) and its on Central line which most attractions lie, it's fine. Its very close to a massive shopping centre Westfield which is a few tube stations away (Shepherd's Bush). It was great to spend our time there since there was downpour in London...........shame
The room is a bit small
Well located for exploring the city, very clean rooms, good value for money. The staff are very politely and helpful. It was a very positive experience and a hotel I would recommend to any traveler.
More breakfast selection.
There was No record of my booking and I had to wait for 45minutes for this to be sorted out. I also thought that i had already payed for the rooms but apparently had not??
Easy to get to from the tube you order a taxi when we asked very pleasant stay
We stayed here a 2 years ago and you had a hot drinks vendor in the lobby but this time it wasn't there would have like a hot chocolate when we got back but that was all.
Ideal location & very good value for money.
The staff were very professional. Room and hotel was very clean. Overall just what I would expect for the price.
Room and bathroom very good. Very close to North Action tube station.
On one of the twin beds the quuilt cover hadn't been changed although sheet and pillow case had. Breakfast set up too cramped - queues most of the time plus departing guests had to weave through breakfast queue. Building work opposite - noisy from early morning.
It was clean, modern and functional exactly what we needed for a one night stay. It was convenient for tube and bus travel aswell
The car park was full when we checked in at 4pm. Whilst we parked on the road easily and safely, I wouold have been happier to leave it in a cctv monitored car park
Breakfast could be a lot better very poor Parking can be a problem aswell
The man on reception was outstanding and went out of his way to help me with directions and any other queries. The closeness of the underground station on the central line is a big bonus. Nice quiet hotel with wonderful staff.
I felt the breakfast was very limited, but what was there was well cooked.
Very convenient by car ie access from the A40. Perfect for the Central Line into central London.
Free WIFI connection in the room is very rare in London but this hotel provides it. The receptionist was very kind and flexible. She changed my booked room from Twin to Double after knowing I was traveling alone for business trip. For thoes reasons, Holiday Inn Express is more reasonable than Ramada near there. (Breakfast of Ramada is much better though)
they are really nice to the Guests and we have problem on Travel they tell us the best way.there breakfast are really nice. the best is the Service are excellent.
Room was very clean, we stayed for 3 nights and every time we came back we found a tidy and fresh room. The receptionists were very helpful. Opposite of the hotel there is a Tesco. Behind the hotel is the tube station.
Breakfast could be more rich, though not so bad for short term stays. Internet connection is expensive. (1 pound for 20 mins)
This hotel was new, clean & comfortable. The staff were very plesent & helpful & the hotel was very convenient for both London buses & the tube. I would stay here again - it's a great base for shopping or sightseeing & it's good value for money.
The hotel serves breakfast only.
